Applications are now open for the national award of the Russian Federation in the field of information technology “Digital Solutions.” It aims to encourage domestic IT projects that contribute to the development of the digital economy, technological leadership, and the country’s digital sovereignty. The second season of the award will take place as part of the annual IT forum “Digital Solutions,” which will be held from October 6 to 10, 2026, at the National Center “Russia” in Moscow.
Applications for the award can be submitted from September 7 to 22, 2026, inclusive, on the website форумцифровыерешения.рф.
“The National Award ‘Digital Solutions’ is an objective assessment of the effectiveness of Russian digital products. Domestic developments not only successfully replace foreign counterparts, but in many cases surpass them in quality, reliability, and functionality. Our task is to create conditions for the growth of strong Russian IT teams, scaling their developments, and entering international markets. This will fully realize the export potential of domestic technologies,” said Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko.
Projects of any scale are invited to participate in the award – from startups to solutions of the largest Russian companies, whose effectiveness is confirmed by measurable results.
Nominations: “Best Digital Security Solution”, “Best Industrial Software”, “Best Consumer Software”, “Best Mobile Application for Business”, “Best Mobile Application for Citizens”, “Best Digital Platform”, “Innovation in Telecom”, “Best AI Service for Business”, “Best AI Service for Government”, “Best AI Agent”, “Best Cloud Service”, “Best Solution for Workforce Training”, “Best Digital Government Service”, “Innovation in Digital Infrastructure.”
Applications from participants will be reviewed by the award’s expert council, which brings together representatives of the Government of Russia, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, relevant federal authorities, the largest Russian IT companies, and industry associations.
Projects will be evaluated according to uniform criteria, including implementation scale, significance for the industry, innovativeness, complexity of implementation, and verified results. This will ensure a transparent and objective selection process. The award ceremony for the winners will take place during the IT Forum “Digital Solutions” at the National Center “Russia.”
The first season of the “Digital Solutions” award in 2025 received wide recognition in the professional community: 1,277 applications were submitted from 857 companies across the country. Based on expert evaluation, a shortlist of 160 projects was created, among which winners were selected in eight categories. The awards were presented to the winners at a solemn ceremony by Deputy Prime Minister – Head of the Government Office Dmitry Grigorenko and Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadaev.
The winners of the national “Digital Solutions” award in 2025 are:
· “Platform solution” – “R7 Office”;
· “Applications and Programs” – the Russian operating system Astra Linux;
· “AI development” – “Yandex.Cloud”;
· “Digital Security” – JSC “Center for Biometric Technologies”;
· “Digital service” – State unified cloud platform (Gosoblako);
· “Digital Workforce Training” – “Algorithmics” educational platform;
· “Innovations in Communications and Telecom” – the core of the 4G mobile network of NTC “Protey”;
· “Iron solution” – domestic base stations “Irteya.”
The annual IT forum “Digital Solutions” will be held from October 6 to 10, 2026, in Moscow at the National Center “Russia.” The forum will bring together representatives from the government, business, and IT community. The business program will include more than 120 sessions with over 700 speakers.
In the spotlight are digital infrastructure, platform solutions, artificial intelligence, cloud services, cybersecurity, domestic software, educational platforms, and digital services.
Master classes on digital literacy, IT quests, career counseling, career guidance programs, gaming and lounge spaces have been prepared for a wide audience.
For the first time within the framework of the forum, the II Global Digital Forum will take place, which will gather participants from over 100 countries. Its program includes bilateral meetings, expert sessions, seminars, master classes, cultural events, and the presentation of Russian digital solutions to foreign partners.
The organizer of the forum and the national award is the Ministry of Digital Development with the support of the Government of Russia. The project operator is the Autonomous Noncommercial Organization “National Priorities”, and the operator of the forum’s business program is the Autonomous Noncommercial Organization “Digital Economy.”
