Car owners can purchase 61 at city auctions parking space in the Novogireevo area. This was reported by the head of the capital’s Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“Having a private parking space ensures convenience for daily car use and saves time: the owner does not have to look for a free parking spot every time. Currently, 61 units are offered at city auctions in the underground parking garage of a multi-apartment building on Utrennyaya Street in Novogireyevo. Their area ranges from 13.3 to 14.3 square meters. The large number of lots allows participants to compare parameters and locations within the parking lot to choose a suitable option. The application period for participation in the auctions will end between September 8 and 11,” noted Kirill Purtov.
Parking spaces are located at: 20a Utrennyaya Street. The auctions will be held from September 15 to 18 depending on the chosen lot on the online platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
The capital puts various assets up for auction: non-residential premises, buildings, parking spaces, land plots, and other objects.
