In the Lyublino district, the city has handed over more than 20 residential complexes for the resettlement of participants in the renovation program. Approximately 1,200 Muscovites from nine old buildings on Sudakova, Taganrogskaya, Armavirskaya, and Krasnodarskaya streets have received apartment offers in a new building on Krasnodonskaya Street. “Almost 1,200 residents of nine old buildings have begun relocation under the renovation program to the residential complex at Krasnodonskaya Street, building 20, block 1. Thus, in the Lyublino district, the number of buildings whose residents have moved or are in the process of moving has reached 83. This already accounts for more than half of the total number of addresses included in the renovation program in Lyublino. About 12,700 people have already become owners of comfortable housing here. In total, more than 29,700 Muscovites from 152 old buildings in the district will receive new apartments,” said Vladimir Yefimov.
On the first floor of the new building, an information center was opened for program participants. It houses specialists from the capital’s Department of City Property help to process documents for new housing.
“The first to begin inspecting equivalent apartments on September 7 were about 450 residents of building 6 on Armavirskaya Street, as well as of buildings 28/15 and 30 on Krasnodarskaya Street. In a week, more than 340 Muscovites from two neighboring four-story buildings on Krasnodarskaya Street and building 25, block 2, on Sudakova Street will join them. Starting September 21, 380 city residents from buildings 17, 19, and 21 on Taganrogskaya Street will begin choosing housing. The phased inspection schedule will help avoid queues at the information center and allow each family to select a convenient time and date to view the apartment. A suitable slot can be booked online through the “Moving under the Renovation Program” superservice on the mos.ru portal. There, you can also choose the day to sign the contract,” she noted.

After moving in, the new residents will be able to use the social and transport infrastructure that they are well familiar with: the houses being resettled are located not far from the new residential complex. Nearby there are schools and kindergartens, several sports sections, children’s and adult clinics, dentistry, shops and service industry enterprises. The nearest metro station is “Lyublino” of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line, and not far away is the station of the same name on the second Moscow Central Diameter.
As clarified by the Minister of the Moscow Government, the head of the city’s Department of Urban Planning Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky, the new building consists of three blocks of variable height, containing 524 apartments with a total area of over 29 thousand square meters. The first and second blocks are connected by a shared stylobate, while the third is designed as a standalone building. Nine apartments in the building are adapted for people with disabilities, and the entrances and surrounding areas comply with barrier-free environment principles. The ground floor of the new building is allocated for non-residential premises, where social and domestic service enterprises will open in the future. The area around the building is landscaped and greened, featuring children’s and sports playgrounds, as well as a recreation zone.
In the capital Department of Information Technology said that preparing for the move helps general instruction, available in the super service “Relocation under the Renovation Program” on the mos.ru portal. The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses.
