The “Territory of Opportunities” festival, dedicated to City Day, will take place in the capital on September 6. It will be held at the “Summer in Moscow” project venue in the South-Eastern Administrative District. Guests can expect creative workshops, a concert program, sports activities, and an open-air film screening.
“The event is named after our ecosystem ‘Territory of Opportunities,’ which unites about 50 thousand Muscovites, 132 districts, and more than 80 universities and colleges. This festival was first organized in honor of City Day in 2025, and now we want to make it an annual tradition. We have prepared more than 30 diverse programs for visitors. We invite everyone interested! It starts at 3:00 PM, and admission is free,” she noted

The festival in the 850th Anniversary of Moscow Park (Lugovoy Drive, opposite house 13) will begin with a quiz dedicated to the history of the capital. Then guests will enjoy a concert. The program includes vocal and choreographic performances, as well as an awards ceremony for ecosystem activists.
At the same time, creative master classes will be held at the festival venues, where participants can make kokoshniks and brooches in the colors of the tricolor, paint pictures, as well as attend yoga and stretching sessions. In addition, guests will be invited to visit an interactive robot exhibition and watch demonstrations by rescue dogs. In the evening, there will be a dance flash mob, and the festival will conclude with a screening of the film “I Walk Through Moscow”.
“Territory of Opportunities” — the capital’s ecosystem Department of Territorial Executive Authorities. Its structure includes the Center for Civil Activity, the Agency for Public Projects, the City Center for Professional and Career Development, and the Center for Youth Parliamentarianism. Activists are involved in the socio-political and cultural agenda of the city. They develop socially significant initiatives, assist residents in solving local problems at the district level, improve professional skills, and undergo training under the guidance of leading experts.
