The Kuskovo Estate invites you to the closing of the music festival “Classics at Kuskovo.” The chamber orchestra “Seasons” under the direction of Honored Artist of Russia Vladislav Bulakhov will perform with soloists — guitarist Arkady Reznik and cellist Oleg Bugaev. Works by Antonio Vivaldi, Georg Telemann, Isaac Albéniz, Nikolai Koshkin, and Paul Desmond will be played. The host is Tatyana Siverskaya.

Tour of “Red October” with a confectionery master class

An author-led tour dedicated to the history of the famous confectionery factory will be held at the “Krasny Oktyabr” art cluster. It will be conducted by an employee of the enterprise who will share little-known facts.
The program will begin with a walking tour of the former factory grounds. Participants will see the old buildings and learn how the enterprise changed from pre-revolutionary times to the present day. The guide will talk about the lives of the workers, the development of production, and the history of the complex at the spit of Bolotny Island.
Then the guests will visit the chocolate studio, where a confectionery masterclass will take place. Under the guidance of a specialist, each participant will make Dubai chocolate with their own hands and be able to take the finished product with them.

“Soviet Modernism and Childhood”

Participants of the tour of the Moscow Palace of Pioneers will get acquainted with the architecture of Soviet modernism and its features: glazing, visual permeability, and free organization of space. They will see the facade with a mosaic, the winter garden, the foyer of the concert hall with fragments of the fresco “Games and Dances of Children of the World” by Irina Lavrova-Derviz, the Hall of 100 Lanterns, exhibition, concert, and theater halls. During the tour, they will be told about the history of the building, constructed in 1962, its planetarium, botanical garden, and the reconstruction completed in 2023.

“Cynics”

The Et Cetera Theatre invites you to the play “Cynics.” The characters of Anatoly Mariengof’s eponymous novel try to adapt to the rapidly changing reality but never find their place in the new world. The main character recalls how his feelings changed and how far he was willing to go in his desire to make his love eternal despite hunger, war, the new ideals of the era, and even death itself.
The play-reflection tells about how an era breaks a person, forcing them to confront their own corruption and powerlessness. It is a story about the extremity of love and the attempt to preserve oneself in a world where familiar values are rapidly disappearing.

“Scarlet Sails”

The Moscow Children’s Musical and Drama Theatre invites you to the play “Scarlet Sails” based on the eponymous work by Alexander Grin. The audience will see a new interpretation of the familiar story about kindness, love, justice, and courage. Director Oleg Ilyi combined the dramaturgy of the literary text with its musical representation, adding visual effects, dance numbers, and unusual props.
The roles are performed by Evgeny Petish, Vadim Popovichev, Zhanna Andreeva, and Darya Vorobyova.
