Beijing, September 1 /Xinhua/ — The installed capacity of photovoltaic power stations /PVS/ in China has exceeded for the first time the power generation capacity from coal, making the PVS sector the largest source of electricity production in the country by installed capacity, the National Energy Administration of China reported on Tuesday.
