First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov visited the Scientific and Production Association “LIT” in Dolgoprudny. The enterprise is among the top three global leaders in the development and production of ultraviolet systems and supplies equipment to dozens of countries around the world. The company’s products are used in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and food industries, microelectronics, drinking water supply and wastewater treatment, ventilation and air conditioning systems, medical institutions, and the municipal sector.

During the inspection of the production site, Denis Manturov was shown the mechanical assembly production, which provides a full cycle of metalworking, as well as samples of the equipment produced for water treatment, water purification, and air treatment: UV units and water disinfection stations, air disinfection equipment, gas purification complexes, equipment for treatment facilities, as well as solutions for the agro-industrial complex and ventilation units. In addition, the First Deputy Prime Minister was shown the full-cycle lighting production, where amalgam UV lamps are manufactured, including using specialized machines and technological complexes developed in-house by NPO “LIT,” as well as the photochemical laboratory and the demonstration complex of clean rooms.

Over the past ten years, the enterprise has been consistently developing its own technological base: specialists at NPO “LIT” design and manufacture specialized machines, production complexes, and software necessary for the production of their own equipment and amalgam UV sources.
