Beijing, August 30 /Xinhua/ — At the Gyirong checkpoint, located on the border between China and Nepal in the Tibet Autonomous Region /Southwest China/, the first emergency base communication station, located in close proximity to the border crossing, was put into operation on Sunday at 13:30.
