A Young Employee Day of the Engine Plant of PJSC KAMAZ was held at the recreation center “Dubki”.
More than 20 young diesel engine specialists gathered to get to know each other in an informal setting. The meeting was organized by the administration, the trade union committee, and the Youth Council of the Engine Plant. The event was opened by the deputy director of the plant for personnel, Aida Gazizova, and the chairman of the trade union committee, Hakim Mingalimov, who delivered welcoming remarks.
After the ceremonial part, team work began: participants divided into groups and discussed how to engage youth in project and innovation activities, how to unlock the creative and engineering potential of young employees and turn their ideas into real projects that benefit production, how to attract students and graduates of educational institutions to the plant. Special attention was given to increasing awareness and involving young workers in corporate events. Participants looked for ways to make internal communication more transparent and interesting, so that every young specialist would feel connected to the life of the plant. They simultaneously developed the strategy for the plant’s Youth Council, discussed how to strengthen the role of this body in the life of the team, expand its powers, and make its activities more visible and effective.
The next stage of the program was the quest “The Last Hero” focused on team building. At the end of the meeting, the results of the brainstorming session were summed up. Each team presented their developments, outlined key proposals, and possible ways to implement them.
The Young Employee Day became not just an entertainment event, but a real platform for exchanging ideas and communication. At the same time, the collected proposals for the development of youth policy at the plant will serve as a good foundation for further changes and initiatives.
