A new kindergarten will appear in the Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye district, where 350 children will be able to attend. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for urban planning policy and construction. Vladimir Efimov.
“We continue to comprehensively develop the social infrastructure of the capital. We recently approved the architectural concept of a new kindergarten for 350 places. The facility will be located in close proximity to residential quarters, which will allow serving children from both newly constructed and already existing houses, increasing the accessibility of preschool institutions for residents of the district. A distinctive feature of the building, with an area of over five thousand square meters, will be its unique architectural appearance — an expressive arched entrance. After construction is completed, the kindergarten is planned to be transferred to the city’s education system in accordance with the agreement between the city and the investor. Social infrastructure in Moscow emerges in parallel with housing — since 2011 alone, 10 educational facilities have been built in the Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye district, with another eight currently under construction,” noted Vladimir Efimov.
The architectural appearance of the building will be executed in a bright style, and the pink shade of the facades will make the object stand out against the surrounding development. The kindergarten will be located at: Stroykombinata Passage, property 1.
“The facades of the future kindergarten will be clad with concrete tiles, porcelain stoneware, and aluminum panels. The adjacent territory will be comprehensively landscaped and greened. Trees will be planted along the building and around the perimeter of the site, and flower beds will be arranged. The project provides modern infrastructure for the comprehensive development and safe recreation of the pupils,” added the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy.
Playgrounds and physical education areas with various elements and developmental environment modules, children’s slides, and sandboxes are being equipped for children. Football goals will be installed for sports activities, and shaded canopies will provide comfortable rest during warm weather. In addition, a bicycle parking area will be organized on the territory.
