The construction of the ‘Bartenevskaya’ technology park in Yuzhnoe Butovo has been included in the list of priority investment projects. This was announced on his channel in in the messenger “Max” sergei sobyanin reported.

A new technopark will be built in the Yuzhnoye Butovo district on Bartenevskaya Street as part of large-scale investment project, a land plot of about 0.8 hectares has been allocated for this purpose at a rental rate of one ruble per year.
The three-story complex, covering an area of 10,400 square meters, will include production and administrative facilities for future residents, as well as a coworking space and exhibition halls. The project will create more than 150 new high-tech jobs.
The projected volume of investment in the creation of the technology park is estimated at approximately one billion rubles. The status of an investment priority project (IPP) allows investors to benefit from a number of city privileges, including a zero property tax rate. In addition, a tax deduction of up to 90 percent of the expenses on the construction of capital facilities is provided from the amount of taxes paid to the Moscow city budget.
Today, there are 55 technoparks operating in the capital, 13 of which have the status of investment priority projects of Moscow. More than 2,400 enterprises operate on these sites, and over 78,000 jobs have been created.
Since 2016, the volume of investments in the development of Moscow technoparks has amounted to about 198 billion rubles. For every ruble of tax incentives, there are about 13 rubles of private investments.

Residents of technoparks can expect grants for piloting innovative solutions — up to four million rubles per year. For managing companies, subsidies are provided to reimburse interest on loans for the modernization and development of the technopark’s property complex.
