Improvement works are underway on the areas adjacent to the Gorky Film Studio. The boulevard along the entire length of Valdaisky Drive—from house 7 to house 17a, building 1—is being brought into order. Sergey Sobyanin spoke about this on his channel in in the messenger “Max”.
“Specialists are expanding the space for pedestrians, installing modern lighting systems. Diverse playgrounds will appear for children of all ages. We are renovating the sports grounds, the old hockey rink. In winter it will function as an ice rink, and in summer — be used for ball games. We will create a modern workout zone. We will install strength and cardio training equipment, and nearby — tables for table tennis,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The area in front of the film studio will be transformed into a comfortable green space for relaxation with convenient benches.
At the beginning of the year, the construction of the studio-production complex of the Gorky Film Studio in Valdai Passage. And in 2025, on Sergey Eisenstein Street — on the historical site — they opened filming and service centers, a costume and props complex, renovated a large-format cinema hall and laboratory building.
“Currently, the facade of the main building, the existing filming pavilions, and auxiliary facilities are being renovated,” concluded the Mayor of Moscow.
