“The current renovation program in Golyanovo includes 101 old residential buildings. Residents of 29 of these buildings have already moved out or are finishing their relocation. At the end of July, about 560 participants in the program began inspecting housing in three more five-story buildings on Shchyolkovskoye Highway. The city offered them apartments in a new building located at: 1a/3/4 Amurskaya Street. This is already the fifth residential complex handed over for relocation in the area,” Vladimir Yefimov said.
Non-residential premises on the ground floors of new buildings are intended for opening shops, bakeries, service centers, online order pickup points, pharmacies, and various urban organizations. For example, in two large residential complexes located next to the new building and previously handed over for occupancy to participants of the program, part of the space is already in use. This approach to residential development enriches the social infrastructure of the district and makes living conditions more comfortable, promoting the integrated development of the urban environment.
“More than 360 residents of building 35, blocks 1 and 2, on Amurskaya Street and over 190 Muscovites from building 37 on Shchelkovsky Highway began inspecting apartments in the new building on July 30. Since the start of the inspections, about 420 people have already agreed to relocate. They have begun processing documents for their new housing. Specialists are assisting program participants in signing contracts with the city.”

It has 245 apartments with finished interiors, five of which are adapted for people with limited mobility. Inside the building, a barrier-free environment has been created: there are no thresholds or steps in the entrances, and seven elevators of various load capacities have been installed, providing connection between the residential floors and the underground parking. The surrounding territory has been comprehensively landscaped. In the courtyard, children’s and sports playgrounds and a place for quiet relaxation have been arranged.
