Gear cutter Aleksey Evgrafov from the Repair and Tool Plant will participate in the multimedia project “Alley of Heroes” and represent PJSC “KAMAZ”.
A thematic zone is being created for the new Center for the implementation of career guidance programs, short-term training programs, and employment of citizens “OSTA,” which will open in Kazan under the instruction of the head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. It is planned to organize a multimedia space where the stories of Tatarstan heroes — employees of leading enterprises and institutions of the republic — will be told on screens. They will be shown in their usual working environment: in workshops, cabins, studios, and production facilities.
The project involves 18 people from all over Tatarstan. One of them is Alexey Evgrafov, a Kamaz employee, a sixth-grade gear cutter, and the head of the Evgrafov dynasty. The Honored Mechanical Engineer of the Russian Federation has been working at the enterprise for more than 42 years, and the total experience of the dynasty is over 103 years. Alexey Evgrafov’s filming took place at the Repair and Tool Plant.
Also among the heroes of the “Alley” are a bus driver from the MUP “Metroelektrotrans,” a Russian EMERCOM rescuer, a turner from “Kazenenergo,” a nurse from the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital, an ambulance driver from the Nizhnekamsk Central Regional Medical Hospital, specialists from “Tatneft” and the Kazan Helicopter Plant. The project aims to highlight the value of labor, introduce young people to professions through modern multimedia formats, and inspire a conscious choice of career path.
