In the Beskudnikovsky district, investors can purchase at public auctions three commercial premises with an area of more than 100 square meters each. The facilities have flexible designation and are suitable for various types of entrepreneurial activities. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“At city auctions, you can purchase commercial premises suitable for the requirements of various types of businesses. Currently, investors can compete in auctions for three non-residential premises in the Beskudnikovsky district on Seliger Street. The area of the multipurpose objects ranges from 109 to 116 square meters. They are located in a zone with developed infrastructure: within walking distance are Dmitrovskoye Highway, the “Verkhnie Likhobory” and “Seliger” metro stations, a shopping and entertainment center, park areas, residential complexes, and educational institutions. The premises themselves are versatile for different businesses—for example, retail outlets, beauty salons, creative workshops, or fitness studios can be placed there,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The properties are located at the following addresses: 2 Seliger Street and 32a Seliger Street. All premises are on the ground floors of apartment buildings, have separate entrances, and can be used for various commercial purposes. The seller of the real estate is a capital city Department of City Property.
Applications are accepted until August 20. Auctions will be held on September 1 on the “Roseltorg” platform. To participate in the bidding, it is necessary to register and obtain an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
