The technopark “Ryabinovaya, 44” opened less than a year ago. During this time, two residents who started production here have provided jobs for more than half of the specialists out of the total number planned in the project. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy. Anatoly Garbuzov.
“The rapid occupancy of the food technopark ‘Ryabinovaya, 44’ demonstrates how in demand the format of specialized production sites is today. The complex was originally designed taking into account the requirements of food industry enterprises, so its residents receive ready-made engineering and technological infrastructure and can focus directly on product manufacturing and business development. The total area of the facility is nearly 15 thousand square meters, and after reaching design capacity, over 300 jobs will be created here,” said Anatoly Garbuzov.
The technopark was built as part of two city support measures: large-scale investment project and programs to stimulate the creation of workplaces. Today, two enterprises operate on its territory, producing products for school catering, fish restaurants, and retail trade. Several more companies are completing the preparation of production lines. They will start manufacturing products in the near future.
“Systematic support from the Moscow Government enables businesses to quickly upgrade industrial infrastructure and create modern workplaces. The ‘Ryabinovaya, 44’ technopark already confirms the interest of highly qualified specialists in the manufacturing sector within the city limits. We have created conditions here comparable to Class A offices: a spacious coworking space on the roof with panoramic glazing, intelligent building management systems, coffee shops, and catering. And all this would have been impossible without systematic state programs,” noted Pavel Nesmachny, CEO of RBNA, the developer of the technopark.
Large-scale investment projects have been implemented in the capital since 2016. They are one of the key tools for developing the city’s economy. Investors are given the opportunity to develop industrial, social, and commercial facilities on preferential terms with commitments to create new jobs.
The program to stimulate the creation of jobs began in 2020 and covered nearly all districts of the capital. Investors will construct more than 300 facilities with a total area of 9.7 million square meters. New industrial enterprises, office and shopping centers, educational, cultural, and sports institutions will appear on these sites. Altogether, over 3.5 trillion rubles will be attracted to the development of Moscow. This will allow the creation of about 450 thousand new jobs in almost all sectors of the city’s economy.
