Digital and Physical Sports: What Awaits Participants of the “Cyberzarnitsa” Festival

On September 5, a large city festival will be held at the Industry Square at VDNH “Cyber Dawn”. It will combine esports, technology, and physical activity. From 10:00 to 21:00, everyone will be able to take VR challenges, visit sports stations, and watch a show match featuring media personalities.

Several themed zones will be operating at the festival. Visitors will be able to play football and basketball simulators, test their agility and coordination in VR challenges, and complete an obstacle course against the clock.

The venue will also host competitions in laser shooting and navigating a course with a remote-controlled tank.

Everyone who wants will be able to take part in challenges at game and sports stations. For completed tasks, they will receive points that can be exchanged for branded merch and souvenirs of “Cyber Zarnitsa”.

Visitors will see the final tournaments for the popular esports games “World of Tanks” and Counter-Strike 2. At the end of the program, there will be an exhibition match featuring media athletes: Mikhail Stolyarov, Almaz Asadullin, Ilya Bagreev, Ivan Brednev. They will perform for guests on the main stage.
