Kunming, August 18 /Xinhua/ — Five people who were previously listed as missing after a boat crash in Yunnan Province /Southwest China/ have been found dead, local authorities reported on Tuesday.
An accident occurred on the Nanpan River in Huangning County around 6:00 p.m. on August 12, when a small private boat carrying six people capsized, according to a press release from the county government.
One person was rescued. More than 470 rescuers, including firefighters and police officers, were mobilized to search for the missing.
Currently, work is underway to eliminate the consequences of the incident.
