The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reports that as a result of strikes conducted in Ukraine on Thursday and Friday, civilians have been killed and injured, and residential houses and other civil infrastructure facilities have been damaged.

The Dnipropetrovsk region was the most severely affected. Strikes were also recorded in the Kharkiv, Donetsk, Kherson, Odesa, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
The UNHCR is also concerned that the hostilities are hindering humanitarian activities. Yesterday, the organization Save the Children reported that its office in the city of Sumy was damaged by an air bomb strike. This is the second instance in less than a week of attacks on the organization’s Ukrainian facilities.
On Wednesday in Kherson, two employees of a local non-governmental organization cooperating with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) were injured as a result of a drone attack.
Despite the increasing danger, the UN and its partners continue to do everything possible to provide emergency assistance to people affected by the attacks.
