Beijing, August 5 /Xinhua/ — On Wednesday, China included the American company Compliance Testing LLC in the list of organizations subject to countermeasures in response to sanctions imposed by the United States. These countermeasures take effect from August 5, 2026, according to the decree of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China.
This step was taken in response to recent negative measures adopted by the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) against China, which seriously violated the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises.
Compliance Testing LLC assisted and supported the FCC in taking these measures, which threaten the sovereignty, security, and developmental interests of China.
In accordance with the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Counteracting Foreign Sanctions and the regulatory acts governing its implementation, this company has been included in the list of organizations subject to countermeasures. Organizations and individuals within the territory of China are prohibited from entering into any transactions, cooperation, or other relevant activities with this company.
