Health pavilions are opening in the center of Moscow. These are new city spaces where modern technologies help you learn more about the state of your body in just one visit. This was reported by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

“Today, the capital is developing according to the principles of the philosophy of healthy longevity — everything in the city is aimed at ensuring that Muscovites live long and fulfilling lives. This is made possible thanks to new technologies that allow easy and simple access to a wealth of new useful information about the state of the body. And most importantly — paying attention to changes that do not yet cause complaints but already require attention. To introduce Muscovites to modern diagnostic possibilities, we recently tested the format of a city pavilion with free express examinations at a music festival at VDNKh. We saw great interest from Muscovites and decided to develop this project further. And now we are opening two more pavilions. This is the first step towards healthy longevity. A place where you can stop during a regular walk and in just 10–15 minutes learn much more about your body. For example, here you can determine biological age, assess cardiovascular system function, physical fitness and stress level, learn body composition and other important indicators, and try neurofitness for the development of attention and memory.”Based on the conducted examinations, recommendations for lifestyle adjustments will be formed in an interactive and entertaining format. We invite Muscovites to visit the pavilions, learn more about their health, and receive recommendations that will help them maintain activity and well-being for longer,

Urban express diagnostics do not replace a full medical examination. It helps to take the first step, pay attention to important indicators, and think about prevention. A more detailed assessment of the body’s condition is possible with the “Moscow Checkup” program in the “EMIAS.INFO” mobile application. Currently, more than half a million people have completed it.

The “Path of Health” pavilion on Nikitsky Boulevard is already open to visitors. The “Heart” pavilion will open soon at Trubnaya Square. They will operate from 12:00 to 20:00 Tuesday through Thursday, from 12:00 to 22:00 on Fridays, and from 10:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. Monday is a day off. Everyone can visit them free of charge. The health pavilion, which operated at the music festival at VDNKh, will reopen there in the future.

Various devices have been installed in the pavilions on the boulevards. With their help, you can find out your biological age, pulse, blood pressure, body mass index, stress level, blood oxygen saturation, body composition, water balance, bone tissue condition, and other important indicators in one visit. The examination is conducted in an interactive and entertaining format. Based on the results, participants receive recommendations for lifestyle adjustments.

In the pavilions in the city center, you can also participate in an interactive game. It is dedicated to achieving healthy longevity. Participants learn about four areas that are important to pay attention to: body, movement, nutrition, and stress. After completing a small quiz, visitors will receive recommendations on which devices they specifically need to undergo examinations with. At the interactive stations, you can test grip strength, reaction speed, and muscle activity in a game format.

The “Path to Health” and “Heart” pavilions have a neurofitness area. Visitors can undergo training aimed at developing concentration, memory, and stress management skills.

Visitors are accompanied by staff throughout the route public service centers. They talk about the capabilities of the Moscow healthcare system, answer participants’ questions during the examination, and assist in undergoing express diagnostics.
