An engaging excursion was organized for the children of employees in the office of the deputy general director of KAMAZ – the director of development.
140 children aged eight and older came to get acquainted with their parents’ workplace. An extensive program was prepared for them, through which the kids learned how a computer 3D model of a car is brought to life using advanced technologies. The young guests visited the pilot-industrial plant, observed the process of manufacturing a new car, and saw how product quality is tested on testing equipment. They were shown a test stand, a running track for cars, the mechanical section, and the 3D printing section. Then the children went to the research site, where they had the chance to sit in the cabins of innovative KAMAZ vehicles.
According to participants’ feedback, the unusual format of the day off left exclusively positive impressions on both children and parents.
