LLC “Vostok” is a multiprofile enterprise and one of the systemically important companies in the construction sector of the Republic of Tuva, providing employment for a significant portion of the region’s workforce. The company employs 1,471 people.

Key areas of activity: construction of residential buildings and social institutions (schools, hospitals, kindergartens); road construction, maintenance, and repair of regional and local roads, including the federal highway R-257; production of ready-mix concrete; development of quarries for the extraction of inert materials.
The company acts as a contractor for the construction and reconstruction of road facilities, as well as ensures the improvement of public spaces, including the supply and installation of paving slabs, curbs, and landscaping in Kyzyl.
At the reinforced concrete products plant, established and modernized with state support, a wide range (over 120 items) of building materials is produced, in demand in regional construction, including foundation and wall blocks, floor slabs, road and sidewalk curbs, wall rings, lintels, and paving stones (sidewalk tiles).
All products are used for regional construction needs – the erection of housing, social facilities, road infrastructure, and urban environment improvement, which allows replacing imported materials with local counterparts.
The production site, covering an area of 77.5 hectares, has two RBU (ready-mix concrete plants) with a combined average capacity of 800 m3 per shift, 3 manufacturing workshops, and a testing laboratory.
From 2020 to June 2026, the volume of reinforced concrete products reached more than 329.6 thousand m³ (actual annual figures), with an annual growth rate of 23%.
At the same time, the production of inert materials was increasing: the total volume for the corresponding period amounted to 1,085.45 thousand cubic meters with an average annual growth of 12%.
