The Tonglu service area on the Hangzhou–Qiandao Lake Expressway is located on highway G25 (Changchun–Shenzhen) in Tonglu County, Zhejiang Province. It is one of the largest service areas on expressways in Zhejiang Province. In February 2026, the northern section of this area was renovated under the concept of “Impressions from the painting ‘Living in the Fuchun Mountains’ • Tonglu Garden.” A giant cylindrical aquarium was installed, transforming the service area into a true “underwater world” that attracts numerous travelers.
