Beijing, July 27 /Xinhua/ — During the 15th Five-Year Plan period (2026-2030), China will promote the rehabilitation of people with disabilities by developing application scenarios for intelligent rehabilitation devices integrated with non-invasive brain-computer interface (BCI) technology. This was announced by Zhou Changkui, Chairman of the Executive Council of the All-China Federation of Disabled Persons, at a press conference on Monday.

Enterprises and other innovative organizations will be provided with real conditions for iterative technology improvement, product testing, and business model refinement, added Zhou Changkui.
