Order dated July 24, 2026, No. 1952-r
About 240 million rubles will be allocated from the federal budget to support fishing enterprises operating in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas. The order was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Subsidies will be provided to more than 30 fishing organizations and fish farming enterprises of the Republic of Crimea, the city of Sevastopol, and Krasnodar Krai.
With the help of federal funding, companies will be able to cover part of the costs for employee wages and social contributions (insurance premiums for mandatory pension, medical, and social insurance). The subsidy amount will be 20% of the average annual volume of marine aquaculture products produced by the fish farming enterprise or harvested by the fishing organization over the previous three years. At the same time, companies must retain at least 80% of employees compared to the previous year’s figures.
State support will be provided within the framework of the federal project “Modernization and Promotion of the Fisheries Complex Development.”
Speaking about the decision made at cabinet meeting on July 23, Mikhail Mishustin emphasized that the Government will continue to support entrepreneurs engaged in the extraction of water resources, their cultivation, and processing.
