Library No. 181 will host an event for young readers titled “The Flag of My Homeland Is Dearest to Me.”
During the conversation, children learn about the history of the state flag, coat of arms, and anthem of Russia: about the meaning of the colors, size and images, as well as how the flag looked in different periods.
At the master class, children will create the country’s main symbol. The flag is the most important attribute that unites the citizens and serves as an identifying mark of the state. Its image is placed on borders, embassy buildings, cars, airplanes, and trains to show affiliation with Russia.
