For Russian Youth Day, the administration and the trade union committee of LLC “KAMAZ-Energo” organized a series of events for young employees.
One of the key points of the program was a visit to the sports center of the legendary “KAMAZ-master” team. The specialists got acquainted with the history of the renowned team, saw numerous awards and other museum exhibits, and learned about victories on the world’s most challenging tracks. In the production workshop, the guests saw the famous racing vehicles that had repeatedly brought victory to the team and the country in international competitions.

When you see these gigantic wheels and imagine the power of the technology, you realize what cool specialists we have working here. On the holiday, the youth were congratulated by the General Director of KAMAZ-Energo, Ramil Vakhitov, and the chairman of the trade union organization, Guzel Sharifullina. They thanked the young employees for their professionalism, initiative, and dedication, noting the collective’s contribution to the development of the automotive industry. The leaders emphasized that it is precisely the young specialists who determine the future of the enterprise and the industry, and their energy, new ideas, and desire for development help the company move forward.
During the meeting, participants of youth events were noted: electricians specializing in electrical equipment repair Igor Kostyukov and Viktor Vinokurov, head of the gas supply workshop Marsil Yalalov, chief industrial safety specialist Tatyana Khamadzyanova, lead engineer Rezeda Gimalova, team leader Ilsur Allayarov. The most active youth representative of the year was once again recognized as Marsil Yalalov, who was presented with a valuable gift by the company’s general director. At the end of the celebration, all young employees received certificates to the “Madagascar” cinema.
