Shanghai, July 17 /Xinhua/ — China and Cambodia should continue the tradition of strong friendship established by the senior generation leaders of both countries, Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Friday during a meeting with Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet.

Xi Jinping noted that strengthening the ceasefire regime between Cambodia and Thailand and gradually establishing mutual trust serve the fundamental and long-term interests of both countries.
