Kyiv, July 16 /Xinhua/ — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky submitted a proposal to the Verkhovna Rada /parliament/ to appoint Serhiy Koretsky as the country’s prime minister. This was reported on Facebook late Wednesday night by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk.
