The company “RN-Vankor” (an enterprise of the oil and gas production complex of NK “Rosneft”) as part of the implementation of the “Vostok Oil” project has created the largest network of car service centers located on the route from the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug to “Bukhta Sever” in the Krasnoyarsk Krai.
To replenish the company’s fleet, domestic machine-building companies have delivered about five thousand units of special and road construction equipment.
The management of all vehicles serving oil workers is carried out by the Unified Transport Management Center “RN-Vankor,” which was established in 2025 using modern IT solutions. The operation of the vehicle fleet at all project sites is controlled in real time by the Company’s developed unified corporate telematics platform (UCTP). It provides planning, routing and vehicle dispatch, task allocation, and reporting preparation, as well as many other processes. Digital management allows reducing production costs and significantly increasing the efficiency of the vehicle fleet.
Service centers, repair and production units, and road repair points have been opened to maintain the vehicle fleet.
A comprehensive approach to transport logistics, road safety, maintenance, and ensuring the high operability of the vehicle fleet allows “RN-Vankor” to carry out operations with maximum efficiency in the harsh climatic conditions of the Far North.
