In 2026, 2 billion rubles will be allocated from the Government’s reserve fund to support enterprises producing high-tech products. The order was signed by the Chairman of the Government, Mikhail Mishustin.

With the allocated funds, at least five investment projects will be financed in 2026, related to the creation and modernization of production and implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Fund. These projects pertain to transport engineering, radio electronics, chemical and light industries, machine tool construction, and other sectors.

“We expect that additional assistance from the state will help to increase investor interest in the creation and modernization of high-tech industries within our country,” noted Mikhail Mishustin, speaking about the decision taken. at the Government meeting on July 9.

According to the Chairman of the Government, such support measures will help achieve one of the national development goals set by the President — to ensure technological and industrial sovereignty.

The work is being carried out within the framework of the federal project “Assistance in the implementation of investment projects and support for producers of high-tech products in civilian industrial sectors,” which is part of the state program “Industrial development and enhancement of its competitiveness.”
