Beijing, July 9 /Xinhua/ — NATO is a regional defense alliance with clearly defined authorities and geographical boundaries, and it needs to stop nitpicking China at every opportunity, said Mao Ning, an official spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, on Thursday.
