From the transcript:

M. Mishustin: Dear Adylbek Aleshkovich, friends, we are glad to see you, to welcome you in Yekaterinburg. Thank you very much for responding so promptly and for coming to work on a day off.

We indeed have a lot to discuss. Our bilateral relations are steadily developing, and our presidents are in constant contact. Thanks also to the esteemed Sadyr Nurgazievich Japarov. The day before yesterday, he received our Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk, where they also synchronized their watches.

And today we will discuss all the issues of the mutual agenda.

Tomorrow we also have the large exhibition “Innoprom,” in which, among others, I know Kyrgyz companies will participate. I hope that we will find many new ideas and innovations to give an additional impetus to the development of our relations. And to fulfill the mandates given to us by the heads of our states.

A. Kasymaliev: Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich! First of all, I would like to thank you for the invitation. Both I and the members of our delegation are pleased to have the opportunity to meet with you again on the eve of the opening of the international industrial exhibition “Innoprom,” where today and tomorrow we will be able to discuss our further relations, ways to strengthen them, and all related issues.

I would like to thank you for the high appreciation of the relations between our countries.
