Today, in accordance with the tasks set by the President, the industry faces new ambitious goals. These include the modernization of port infrastructure, increasing the role of inland waterways, developing the Northern Sea Route, ensuring stable logistics, and strengthening Russia’s position as a great maritime and river power.
Behind each of these directions stands the work of people – captains, navigators, marine engineers, port workers, dispatchers, engineers, employees of shipping companies, educational institutions, and shore infrastructure. Your professionalism, responsibility, and dedication ensure the reliable operation of the industry and create new opportunities for the economy, regions, and citizens.
Special words of gratitude go to the Navy veterans. You established strong professional traditions, passed on to new generations respect for naval service, discipline, and a sense of responsibility to the country.
