Beijing, July 3 /Xinhua/ — Zhang Zhihua, Deputy Chairman of the Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Hunan Province (Central China), is under investigation on suspicion of committing official crimes, according to an official statement published on Friday.
