Tbilisi, June 26 /Sina ua/ — The construction of the Tbilisi international airport in Vaziani is planned to begin at the end of next year and be completed by the end of 2031. This was stated on Friday by the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze, speaking with an annual report in parliament.

According to the head of the government, the new international airport will serve about 20 million passengers per year.
