From June 22 to 26 in Beijing, the 4th China International Supply Chain Stimulation Exhibition (CISCE) will be held. Organized by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the special zone “Silk Road – Pure Energy Chain (Xinjiang – Central Asia)” has united 11 Chinese and foreign companies and organizations. Among them are 6 enterprises from Xinjiang, representing developments in renewable energy, energy accumulators, and intelligent equipment, as well as 5 organizations from Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Active negotiations took place on site, preliminary agreements on cooperation were reached. The deputy chairman of the TPP of Xinyang, Liu Ten, noted that the chamber has participated in CISCE for the fourth consecutive year and will continue to facilitate cross-border interaction in the fields of wind and solar energy, hydrogen and energy storage, helping local companies to enter foreign markets and attract foreign resources.
The delegation of Uzbekistan, headed by the chairman of the National Association of Energy Specialists Bashtier Ergashbaev and the chairman of the Association for Economic Cooperation Farrukh Fazliev, visited the exhibition for the first time. Ergashbaev said that the association is already cooperating with Chinese companies in the construction of solar power plants and the supply of thermal equipment. “Our goal is to expand the circle of partners. The organization of the exhibition is at a very high level, and next year we plan to bring more Uzbek enterprises,” he said.
Fazliev confirmed the intention to conclude contracts for the purchase of solar panels and hydroelectric equipment. “We will sign memorandums and contracts with Chinese partners on the third day of the exhibition. CISCE is an excellent platform for developing bilateral cooperation,” he emphasized.
Both leaders highly appreciated the potential of the exhibition for promoting green energy and strengthening supply chains. The participation of the Uzbek delegation became yet another testament to the growing role of CISCE in the implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” initiative and global energy transition.
