Saint Petersburg, June 23 /TASS/ — Ten of the largest companies in Russia in the public catering sector increased their revenue by an average of 1.5 times in 2025. This was reported on Tuesday by RIA Novosti with reference to a study by the Rusprofile counterparty verification service.
The revenue of the market leaders grew on average by 47.7% over the year. In addition, in 2025, the number of public catering enterprise registrations increased by 14%. The study notes that positive dynamics in the registration of new organizations in this sphere have been observed in the country since 2023.
Almost 216 thousand business entities in the field of public catering are registered in Russia. 72.6% of them are individual entrepreneurs.
