China has added 10 U.S. organizations to its export control list

Beijing, June 22 /Xinhua/ — The Ministry of Commerce of the PRC announced on Monday its decision to include 10 organizations from the USA in its export control list in accordance with the national export control law and regulations on export control of dual-use goods.

This measure was adopted to protect national security and the interests of the country, as well as to fulfill international obligations, such as non-proliferation, as stated in the department’s message.

As reported by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the resolution came into force from the moment of its publication. According to the document, export operators are prohibited from supplying dual-use goods to the following 10 entities: Aveox, Inc., Red Cat Holdings, Inc., Teal Drones, Inc., IMSAR, Jaia Robotics, Inc., Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp., Oshkosh Defense, L3Harris Maritime Services, Inc., MP Materials Corp., and USA Rare Earth, Inc.

Organizations and individuals of all countries and regions are also prohibited from transferring or supplying dual-use goods produced in China to these entities. Any activity related to this, carried out at present, must be immediately ceased, stated the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.
