The Company’s design and scientific institutes in Ufa and Tyumen held a large-scale cyberfestival, bringing together more than 750 participants from across the country.
Representatives of 70 subsidiaries of Rosneft competed in 10 online disciplines. Players participated both individually and as part of teams. In the tournaments for chess, Russian checkers, and naval battle, the best results were shown by employees of Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz, Sibintek-Soft, and Sibintek.
The Cyberfestival has been held since 2021. Participants demonstrate cohesion and competitive spirit, improving their own results each time. For example, teams from Tyumen and Gubkinsky at the fifth Cyberfestival took prize places in one of the disciplines. No less persistence is shown by the Volga region team “Sibintek” – four prize places in four tournaments.
Holding corporate cyber festivals contributes to the development of strategic thinking, multitasking, leadership qualities, and stress resilience. During the game, employees demonstrate analytical skills, initiative, responsibility, and communicability.
Rosneft promotes a culture of healthy living and comprehensively supports sports. The corporate program “Energy of Life” unites more than 134 thousand Company employees. Over 96 thousand employees participate in competitions across various sports.
