“Samaraneftegaz”, a key producing asset of Rosneft in the Volga region, implemented 98 projects to improve operational efficiency in 2025, generating an economic effect of 3.1 billion rubles. In addition, the company’s employees developed 31 new projects.
The most successful PPP projects have been in energy, drilling, oil and gas production, and capital construction.
The project for optimizing operations and rational placement of equipment at the oil gathering facility, power supply, and reservoir pressure maintenance system last year yielded an effect of more than 570 million rubles, and the expected effect over five years is estimated at 1.3 billion rubles.
It was possible to reduce capital expenditures by 150 million rubles during the construction of production wells with the presence of hydrogen sulfide. Specialists found a solution by using standard casing pipes instead of expensive ones made from special alloys while ensuring a high level of industrial safety.
Deepening of production wells in geological exploration resulted in an effect of about 177 million rubles. In the absence of industrial inflows, wells are used mainly for their intended purpose. This approach excludes expenses for the construction of unnecessary exploratory facilities.
Over eight years of implementing the PPE System, employees of “Samaraneftegaz” have developed 177 projects with a total economic effect of over 11 billion rubles.
Increasing production efficiency is one of the key elements of Rosneft’s strategy. The company is implementing a program aimed at reducing operational costs and capital investments, including through the introduction of advanced technological solutions.
