Only in 2025, the newly installed electricity generation capacity in China amounted to 550 million kW, 80% of which was accounted for by wind and solar energy.

At the same time, China is steadily increasing its industrial and research potential in areas such as electric vehicles, telecommunications, advanced manufacturing, and infrastructure based on artificial intelligence.

In 2024, China’s NIOK growth rate was 8.9%, which significantly exceeds the average indicators of OECD countries, Europe, and the USA. The World Intellectual Property Organization also calls China one of the most innovative economies in the world.

By 2026, everyone must realize that Chinese technologies have transitioned from a sprint to a gallop.

On the same day, the Kenyan newspaper Kenya Times also published an article stating that China is becoming a leading force in the global manufacturing and technological sector, restrained, systematic, and well thought out.

From high-performance computing and hardware support of artificial intelligence to quantum communication — research institutes in China have taken leading positions. The article asserts that the center of gravity of global science, technology, and industry is steadily shifting eastward. For other countries, the question is not whether this transformation has occurred, but how quickly they recognize this shift.
