Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak held a working meeting with Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Viktoria Abramchenko.
Within the framework of the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to improving the reliability of the electrical grid complex of the Rostov region. It was noted that a program to improve the reliability of the region’s electrical grid complex has been approved, which involves the reconstruction of 9 substations of 35–110 kV, 269 km of overhead power lines from 0.4 to 110 kV, the acquisition of 321 units of motor vehicles and special equipment, and 15 backup power supply sources.
Within the framework of the implementation of the specified program to improve the reliability of the electrical grid complex of the Rostov region, an allocation of 2 billion rubles of budget funding is planned for the period from 2026 to 2028, which will be directed to the priority activities of the program.
