Tehran, June 14 /Xin Hua/ — The Israeli strike on the southern suburbs of Beirut once again showed that the United States “either has no desire to fulfill its obligations or is not capable of doing so.” This was stated on Sunday by the Chairman of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf.
