A seminar-meeting on the topic “Corporate Governance in the Group of PJSC “KAMAZ” took place in the general directorate of the company.

The speaker of the event was Zhanna Khaliullina, Deputy General Director of the auto giant for personnel management, organizational development, and corporate governance. She noted that today there are almost 200 companies in the KAMAZ Group, including manufacturers of finished equipment, as well as aggregators and component suppliers; distributors; enterprises providing financial and logistical services; and IT companies. This is a significant number, and it is very important in modern realities to understand in detail how the corporate governance system of the company is structured, who among its participants is audited, and what their rights and responsibilities are.

The interaction system, according to the speaker, is built on trust-based management: the General Director of KAMAZ defines the goals and tasks of corporate governance and the people to whom he entrusts the execution and representation of the interests of the automotive giant in subsidiaries and dependent companies. The key participants in this process are corporate managers, representatives, and members of the Board of Directors.

The speaker defined the goal of the corporate governance system as a whole — effective interaction within a group of organizations to form activities taking into account current trends and ensuring the sustainability of the reputation and business indicators of development of “KAMAZ”.
