Tehran, June 12 /Xinhua/ — Two explosions rocked early Friday morning near the coast of Sirik district in Iran’s southern province of Hormozgan, reported the Iranian state news agency IRIB.
According to his report, the explosions occurred from the sea side and are related to the Strait of Hormuz.
There have been no shell hits or clashes in Sirik so far, according to the report.
Two explosions were also heard in the port city of Bandar Abbas in Hormozgan, the statement added.
