The construction of the Innovation and Import Substitution Center “Technopark Shcherbinka” has begun. Sergey Sobyanin reported this on his channel“Max” messenger.

Lease agreements were signed for five years — during this time the investor must build a technopark and put it into operation,” the Mayor of Moscow noted.

The facility has also become part of the city program to stimulate the creation of jobs. More than 1,300 people will receive work in the new center.
“Technopark Shcherbinka” will consist of two buildings with a height of four to five floors. Inside, six blocks with separate entrances are planned. There will be scientific research facilities, design, and project bureaus.
On the first floors of the buildings there will be rooms with secondary lighting, and in the first building — gate-ramps for loading and unloading. For the exterior finish, stained glass glazing, sandwich panels in contrasting shades of gray, and bright yellow sheet metal are used.
“There will be two parking lots and green recreational areas around the building. We plan to complete construction next year,” concluded Sergey Sobyanin.
