In the capital, the acceptance of applications for obtaining a city subsidy for employee training has been extended. Now Moscow companies and individual entrepreneurs can submit documents until June 30 of the current year. This support measure allows businesses to compensate part of the costs for professional retraining or advanced training courses for employees, as well as to develop personnel potential without a significant increase in spending on training.
The subsidy is especially relevant for companies facing a shortage of qualified specialists and focusing on the development of their existing employees. Using the city budget, managers can strengthen the competencies of their teams, more quickly adapt people to new production, technological, or management tasks, and also increase their engagement and motivation.
The city compensates up to 95 percent of the costs under the educational contract, but no more than 120 thousand rubles per employee per year. The maximum support amount for one application is 10 million rubles. Subsidies can be received by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in Moscow, who engage in activities in priority areas. These include production, creative industries, information technologies and the high-tech sector, education, tourism, healthcare and veterinary activities, sports, recreation, and entertainment.Regardless of the main type of economic activity, exporters and social entrepreneurs can also apply.
The subsidy applies to secondary and additional professional education programs at licensed educational institutions in Moscow, including MBA programs. To receive support, the employer must conclude an employee training contract, pay for it, and then submit an application for reimbursement of expenses.
Training can also take place after receiving the subsidy. Applications are acceptedon the site.
