From the beginning of 2026renovation programIn the north of the capital, more than a thousand families were relocated to new buildings. “The first new building in the Northern administrative district was handed over for occupancy in 2018. Today, their number has reached 63. Since the beginning of the year, more than a thousand families have already relocated to new apartments in six districts of the district. The overwhelming majority of them are in the Koptevo district — over 900 families. In addition, new residents have arrived in the Beskudnikovsky, Golovinsky, Dmitrovsky, Savelovsky, and Zapadnoye Degunino districts. A total of 515 houses are planned to be resettled in the north of the capital, with about 109 thousand Muscovites receiving apartments,” said Vladimir Efimov.

“In the Northern Administrative Okrug, 93 percent of all those who relocated since the beginning of the year have used the free service “Help with relocation.” For example, in the Koptevo district, all new residents called movers to transport their belongings from the old apartment to the new one. To order the service, you need to submit an application on the mos.ru portal or contact the resettlement information centers,” clarified the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of Urban Planning Policy.
